We help our customers around South Africa to effectively improve the capability and reliability of their most critical assets for continuous production. Meet the Directors

Vusi Sibisi

Experienced Engineer and founder of Honey Bee Engineering with over 16 years of experience in Armature winding industry. Studied electrical engineering & Computer systems course at VUT and worked for an Electrical engineering firm for 2 years, where he gained valuable experience in repairs of AC & DC electrical motors. He identified a gap and decided to open his own company. Through his Electrical engineering skills, Vusi is committed to creating, long lasting engineering solutions that will meet the needs of production companies. He won multiple awards for start ups. Vusi’s career has presented the effective delivery of operational and transformational solutions. He is able to ensure project delivery within given deadlines and the achievement of competitive advantages through his unique abilities. Vusi has strong technical background and demonstrated success in installation, maintenance and repairs of a wide variety of electro-mechanical components.

Katlego Goapele

At the forefront as Business leader, and entrepreneur, Katlego Goapele : a friendly and high performing leader whose passion is driving business growth. Result oriented leader with honest, hardworking nature. Holds a Diploma in IT Networking, worked 13 years in the IT Industry, and 7 years in Electrical Engineering industry. She has much experience of working with production environments. Katlego balances a keen eye on production and smooth running of the company. She is fully committed to high quality products and service delivery, with a critical eye for detail and accuracy as well as determined approach to work. My vision for Honey Bee Engineering is to be the creator of meaningful work and skills in the communities, and to extend the life of critical operations. She plays a key role in the growth and expansion of the business.
